Why said schizophinia cannot fully recovered?

Answer:
no mental problems can fully recover ==you learn to live with them and some are harder to live with than others
we all have that problem. some can handle the mental health. we shouldn't judge other people with a problem.
Because schizophrenia is a disorder of the brain. While we are not fully sure of what causes it, the brain chemistry is definitely altered in schizophrenia patients. While we can sometimes, with drugs, alter the chemistry to about where it's supposed to be, that doesn't "cure" schizophrenia. It is something you always have to take medication for, or always have to go to therapy for. It doesn't just go away.
Schizophrenia is a disorder that can never be fully cured. There are various factors that lead to the onset of the disorder. If the person has had the disorder their whole life with varying degrees of impairment, recovery is minimal. If the disorder develops over the course of a year with good pre-morbid functioning, it responds better to treatment. Typical antipsychotics only treat positive symptoms (hallucinations and delusions) but atypical antipsychotics treat both the positive and negative symptoms. Speak with a doctor about options that are best for you. It may take awhile to achieve the right drug combination to minimize symptoms.
You have different degrees of mental illness. You can have a minor depression relating to stress levels. You may then progress to major depression which is easily treated with medication and talk therapy. Then you have the serious mental illness like BiPolar and Schizophea. Both of these disorders are treatable but no curable. Pt.s can and do recover enough to be productive members of society. (I am bipolar and workin nursing management, 14 years ago I attempted suicide leaving me in the medical hospital ICU for 10 days) With good psychiatric care and the right medications I am doing well. (meds have to be played with to get the right combo) The same can be said for schizophea. People can recover and do well. However with both BiPolar and schiz. many pts think Look how good I am doing, and then they quit there meds thinking I don't need them any more. As far as I am concerned I need my medications to keep me stable so I can feel god, if I miss a few days I start falling into the illness part of it again. I will never "recover" from Bipolor but I can MANAGE my illness so it doesn't define the person I am.
There is a psychiatrist, who discovered the cure for most schizophrenia in the 1950s. His research and proof was burried by the APA most likely because that cure had nothing to do with pharmaceuticals. His name is ---Abram Hoffer, M.D., Ph.D. ... He found that ADD/ADHD BiPolar and Schizophrenia are most likely the same disease in varying degrees. He had people WALKING out of mental hospitals in the 50s %26 60s who had been diagnosed and told they would never leave the institutions. He found what he calls pyroleria to be present in 99% of those with the above mentioned diseases. So, what is pyroleria?

When the fight or flight syndrom occurs the adrenal glands produce adrenalin to deal with the issue at hand. When the reponse is finished, the adrenal glands are supposed to release a calming agent to relax the body. However, in some people (and the numbers are growing) instead of the calming agent, the adrenals produce a toxic chemical that works on the brain to produce halucinations that can be as strong as those produced by LSD.

The name of the chemical the malfunctioning adrenal produces is pyroleria. Pyroleria can be found in the urine by a relatively inexpensive test done by just a few labs in the US. The resolution for those who have the "pyroleric factor" is very simple. Large doses of vitamin B complex with emphisis on B3 and B6. Zinc is also a component as well as Omega 3 Fatty Acids. (look at fingernails - often times if you are deficient in zinc you will have white spots on your nails) Dr. Hoffer is in his 90s and still practicing on Vancouver Isl., BC.

I met Linda Santini who wrote Solving ADD/ADHD Naturally, or something like that. It turns out she actually lives in my community and we have become friends due to our passion for health naturally. The book is her story in dealing with her severely affected son (s). She talks about schizophrenia which is where I began learning about the pyroleric factor.

People do recover from schizophrenia. About a third of cases experience recovery, another third of cases experience recovery through the use of medicine. Another third do not see improvement even with the use of medication and need assisted living.

To improve your chance of recovery you need to stop caffeine, nicotine, over the counter meds and all narcotics and avoid certain foods such as asparagus, etc.

Most people who have managed to stabilize on medicine aren't interested in stopping medicine for fear of a relaspe and the potential harm that can happen to one's self.
