Why type of yoga, since there are different types is most beneficial for helping lessen symptoms of anxiety?


Answer:
They all lesson anxiety. Mindfulness, breath awareness, body awareness all help anxiety. Exercises that strengthen core muscles and improve balance can help with sensory integration and improve anxiety caused by a lack of physical awareness. It is not the type of yoga, but what specific types of exercises help most.
